Carrot cream stew

Want your kid to have 20/20 vision? This stew will get your baby all the vitamin A you want.

You will need:

  • Two carrots
  • The white part of the leek plant
  • One little branch of celery
  • One cup of water
  • Two tablespoons of potato starch
  • Three tablespoons of formula milk

Peal and rinse the carrots and the leak, chop it into pieces. Place the vegetables into the pot and add celery leaves and the water. Heat it up until it boils. When it's done take it out and mash it in a blender.
Mix starch and the milk in a cup. Pour it into the soup you've got when you took the vegetables out. Cook it for five minutes, stirring constantly.
If you like, you may try adding a cupful of rice into the boiling water. After it boils, leave it there for twenty minutes to make sure the rice absorbed the water.
