Chard and rice stew

This stew adds healthy ingredients to your child's diet. Chard is a plant well known for its nutrition benefits, full of vitamins A, K and C

  1. One ounce of rice
  2. Two cups of water
  3. Seven ounces of chard
  4. One spoonful of flour 
  5. One teaspoon of butter
  6. One egg yolk
  7. One teaspoon of chopped parsley

Boil the water and add well rinsed rice, leave it boiling. When it's half done (you can feel one or two grains under your fingertips) add well rinsed and chopped chard. After a while add browned flour you prepared with the butter. Leave it boiling for three more minutes. Add boiled egg yolk and parsley.
