German Turnip also known as kohlrabi is a plant rich in vitamin B and healthy fibers. This recipe will help you cook a tasty stew for your baby.
- Five ounces of kohlrabi
- Five tablespoons of formula milk
- One teaspoon of butter
- One teaspoon of flour
Peal and rinse fresh kohlrabi, making sure there are no rotten parts left. Place it in cold water and boil until it gets soft, then chop it into small pieces. In a separate pot, make browned flour with butter. Add it to kohlrabi. Mix it well then add milk. When it boils, take it off the stove and wait until it is colder. Now you have a healthy stew for your baby.
