Mixed vegetables soup

Spinach and leak are a great source of iron. This stew will help your kid get the strength and the immunity they deserve.

  • Two potatoes
  • Two mid-sized carrots
  • One leak
  • A handful of spinach
  • Five cups of water.

Place the potatoes, carrots and leak in the water, after you have pealed and rinsed it, of course.
Put a lid on the pot and cook it for an hour and a half over low heat. When it's done mash it and keep in the fridge.
You can add some pasta or noodles. Just boil it first until it's well done.
If you give this soup to your baby the following day, taste it to make sure it's still OK. Heating it up may cause it to get sour. Don't keep it in the fridge longer than 24 hours.
