After hitting the sixth month mark, you will have another ally when fighting your baby's diarrhea.
Ernst Moro was an Austrian doctor who invented this stew to help the children of that time (early twentieth century) to fight diarrhea. It may sound trivial but then it was a serious problem, with a lot of kids dying from the excessive diarrhea.
In 2009 scientists proved that his stew can fight the bacteria resistant to the antibiotics..
It is pretty straightforward to make. You cook the carrot, then take it out of the pot, mash it and get it back to the boiling water. Leave it there for another five minutes and it's done.
