Peas stew makes a nice meal for your kid, letting him get used to different tastes. Later on, he won't think the peas are yuck.
- Two ounces of carrot
- Seven ounces of peas
- One egg yolk
- Two teaspoons of butter
- Two teaspoon of flour
- One tablespoon of formula milk
Clean and rinse carrots, chop it to tiny bits. Add cleaned peas and boil it together until the vegetables become soft. Then pour the egg yolk and mash it all with a fork. Make some browned flour with butter and milk and add it to the stew. Allow it to boil once again, mixing it occasionally.
