Vegetables milk soup

Only for babies 5 months and older. Great for making easier the transition from milk to solids.

  • One potato
  • One carrot
  • Half of the white part of leak
  • Two cups of water
  • Half a cup of formula milk

Clean and rinse the vegetables. Chop it into pieces and place it into a small pot, adding cold water. Put a lid on it and leave it boiling for 25 minutes over low heat. Mash it all up in a blender adding the water from the cooking and formula milk as much as you think your baby would enjoy. The thickness is up to you.
